Tall Ships of Atlantic Canada has been developed for youth in grades four to ten and their teachers.

Here you will find:

  • 34 diverse lesson plans with curriculum outcomes (for social studies, math, science, music, visual arts, language arts and drama). The lessons link the collection of ship portraits, stories, interviews, songs and visual documentation of the "Age of Sail" found throughout the website. Many of the lessons have printable handouts and solution sets.
  • "Ship Shares: A Game of Sailing Ships and Ownership" - a board game with instructions you can download and create in your classroom (for math, social studies, science, and especially developing skills to work independently and collaboratively!). Click on title to access game.
